Here we create space for safety and stabilization. We don’t want to just “dive on in” to your history and all the painful things that may have happened to you. Together, we use this time to learn coping skills to soothe triggers on a surface level, and begin to gently explore your story, at your pace: the patterns, wounds, and protective strategies that have helped you survive. This is a space for curiosity without judgment, where you can uncover the roots of your struggles with compassion and safety.
Embrace
From here, we focus on embracing the parts of you that may have felt hidden, silenced, or weighed down by shame. These parts have carried so much for you, and meeting them with compassion can bring real relief and a deeper sense of connection to yourself. As you learn to hold these parts with care, old beliefs that once kept you stuck start to loosen their grip. New ways of coping and connecting take root, allowing you to shift into a more embodied and aligned version of yourself.
Embody
Finally, we’ll move toward embodying your healing. To embody means not just to understand something in your mind, but to truly feel and live it through your whole being.
